What is agreed beforehand, so that nothing is up for discussion afterwards.
Every assignment is invoiced by SMart, the cooperative of which I am a salaried member. It issues the invoice, holds the company number and provides the insurance cover. SMart applies a minimum of 3 hours and 70 € excl. VAT per assignment.
The date is held on signature of the contract, against a 50% deposit. Cancellation is free of charge up to two weeks before the event; after that, the deposit is retained.
The edited photographs are delivered within seven days of the shooting day. That is a commitment, not an estimate.
You may do whatever you like with the delivered images: social media, print, press, internal or commercial communication. No limit of time or medium.
People who are recognisable in the photographs retain a right to their own image. For a private event, the organiser informs their guests of my presence; anyone who asks is removed from the delivery, no questions asked.
